Yummy, home-grown tomatoes are the best! I have only tried to grow tomatoes once, but unfortunately I had to give them to a friend’s mother as I was moving apartments, before they were ripe (she told me though that they became huge and very tasty!).
Imma: Thanks. My eggplant is flowering too. I’ll have to take a picture. Not quite as delicate, but still very pretty!
Petchie: Yes, I am very excited to have tasty tomatoes! I opted for “tropical hybrid tomato” which is supposed to do well in heat and hot sun so hopefully I’ll have a good supply.

There is something so beguiling about that delicate flower and the emerging tomato…am I the only one struck by that?
