In the UK and the US, we were used to advertising on the TV as well as lots of junk mail via post.  Here in Puerto Rico, a common means of advertising (for anything from restaurants and social activities to public announcements) is by means of very large speakers mounted on cars. 

Given that this is election year here in Puerto Rico, we were not overly surprised to see (or rather hear) this mode of advertising used for political ads.  The following video captures the catchy (reggaeton) campaign ad for one Luly Mendez.  Not sure what she stands for but I think the general gist is victory, change and difference.  The first part of the clip was taken when the van was quite a ways away, on the other side of the valley.  Loud, huh?
