This year we are celebrating Purim with our friends Jonathan and Valerie, who are visiting from the UK.   J is in charge of cooking our special Purim meal, but I’ve made Oznei Haman again.  In light of last year’s escaping jam fiasco, I decided to use an apple and raisin filling (finely diced apple and raisins, seasoned with cinnamon and sugar and cooked for 1 min in the microwave). I also used a differenet recipe for the dough by T in Tel Aviv, which was extremely easy (I replaced the orange peel with lemon and lime zest).   Looks, smells and tastes divine. Purim sameach!
