We are celebrating Rosh Ha’Shanah, the Jewish New Year this weekend. I made a traditional round Challah which we enjoyed, as per tradition, with honey (while reciting the saying “may we have a sweet and good year”). We followed that up with a festive holiday meal, with ample time to reflect on the amazing year we’ve had and our excitement about what lies ahead.
