hi miri… the firing looks like it was great! i think i’m gonna have to find and test that raspberry red glaze and the raw sienna still looks yummy too. great before and after shots in the previous post… i can’t believe you went to work out without taking a peek, that’s unbelievable control. the contest between your mug and nick’s commercial mug is no contest at all, yours looks a 100 times better

Yeah, Raw Sienna continues to rock. It is so consistent. In my bowls, the outsides are always a tad more matte (my hypothesis is that the outsides of the low pots are cooling slower than the inside (more exposed) part of the pot. Makes for such an interesting surface! I especially love glazes that benefit from those dipping drips I try so hard to avoid but now just enjoy… 😉
The Raspberry Red is straight out of MC6. It shows up texture really nicely.
